Return Policy
You may return products other than Special Orders, if returned in unused, original condition in original packaging.
Please simply fill out our contact form to request an RMA number. Please include your Name, Order Date, Order Number, and Email Address.
Once you receive your RMA number, just send the item back. It is recommended that you insure the package and retain your receipt of shipment. Returns will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid (i.e., credit card refund or refund check).
There will be no restock charges assessed for returns up to 30 days old from invoice date. Returns older than 30 days will be assessed a 25% restock fee. Returns more than 90 days old will not be accepted.
Returns of partial sets/kits will not be accepted, and parts will be mailed back to customer at customer’s expense. Items that have been installed, altered, damaged or are otherwise not in a condition to be resold will be returned to the customer at their expense. There are no returns on special or custom order items. In the event the item is defective, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty at the supplier's discretion.
No returns on literature, CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits, stripes, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, and tools.
Cancelled Orders
If a customer requests cancellation of an order after the order is in processing in our warehouse, or after the goods have actually been shipped from our supplier, Northern Corvette reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods, deducted from the resultant refund or credit.
